To add to the convenience of our Floral Park ophthalmology practice, Dr. Mark S. Vogel serves as our on-site optometrist. Dr. Vogel graduated from high school at the age of 15 and continued on to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He has been in the private practice of optometry for almost 30 years and he treats patients of all age ranges, including children.
Dr. Vogel is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, the American Optometric Association, and the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Fraternity. He is the recipient of the prestigious Optometric Recognition Award and also contributes his time at the Veterans' Affairs Medical Center Hospital in Northport.
Amidst Dr. Vogel's busy schedule, he allocates time to Dr. Jindra's office. Dr. Vogel does not treat patients for low vision, but his specialties do include contact lenses, vision therapy, and ocular pathology. Dr. Vogel's welcoming smile and dedication to high-quality patient care make him a vital asset to Dr. Jindra's office.
